Panini
Thanks for your visit.
We would love to hear from you!
We appreciate your comments

"This cute cafe style restaurant is a nice place for lunch. We often go there as a group from my office as the portions, prices and daily specials are a good deal. They have everything from panini sandwiches, salads, pastas and even breakfast items. Their beef ravioli with cream sauce is my favorite. The service is friendly and the service is fast. They also do take out orders"
"Panini, can I help youuuuu?" That's what I hear 98% of the time when I call to place my delivery order. And the sing-song lilt he puts on that question makes me know all is right with the world. If I don't hear that, I usually hang up and call back. Because when I hear it, I know my delivery experience will be impeccable!
I've eaten here so many times I've lost count. And while I've tried a LOT of the menu, I usually end up coming back to my old standby. The #1. The Spicy Chicken panini with sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and spicy sauce. Extra goat cheese instead of the provolone. Occasionally add the roasted peppers or eggplant. With a bag of jalapeno chips and a can of Dr Pepper...I'm in heaven.
Their pasta dishes are all really delicious, especially the Portobello Ravioli in cream cheese. Ooh, baby!
One of my favorite foods on earth is a toasted bagel with cream cheese and lox. I always ask for extra of both and, boy howdy, do they know "extra"! Add some capers to that and I'm a happy, happy woman. And their turkey bacon is fabulous. It makes me never want pork bacon again!
I've never actually been there, opting instead for their quick delivery. When we moved our offices, they were even willing to hoof it over to Western Avenue in order to keep bringing us food! You have to love that. It takes awhile but it's so worth it.
I love this place, can you tell!?
"Really has great panini sandwiches and coffee. their ingredients are fresh and the service is good. try the turkey sandwich special and check out the daily soups. ..."
"I heart this little joint.
It's near my office so I come here quite a bit and have explored the extensive menu.
I really appreciate the wide selection of salads and panini ---with a limited number of nearby lunch options to choose from, I really appreciate a place with a good variety.
Amongst the panini, my favorite might be the House Special - sun-dried tomato, arugula, sautéed mushrooms, eggplant, goat cheese and basil garlic sauce. I'm also partial to the Prosciutto Goat Cheese. There are many, many tasty options though, and the bread on these lovely little pressed sandwiches is always perfectly hot and crisp on the outside, and soft on the inside. A side salad will cost you and extra $1.50 - I do admit that I wish this were included in the price. Now, I know that $8, give or take, is actually a normal price for a sandwich these days, but I gripe nonetheless in a refusal to let go of cheaper times. And at least Panini assuages my curmudgeonly irked feelings a bit by providing a cup of their delectable bruschetta-like tomato topping to accompany my sandwich.
The salads, however, are abundant for the price. My faves include the Chinese Chicken, the Cobb, and the Protein salad. The calamari salad is also simple, but good - especially if you feel like something crispy and fried, but want to hide behind the guise of a salad. I also really enjoy the minestrone and tortilla soups, both of which come nicely chocked with veggies.
The servers are always very nice. On the ambiance front, it is very, very simple. Nothing at all wrong with it, but I always feel that if they just jazzed things up a tiny bit, the place would really something. Then again, that's an excellent argument for why it should stay the casual, comfortable and hidden mom-and-pop gem it is --- a secret to everyone but those of us who have actually thought to step inside."
"With new hours open till 9, I was sweatin for some food near my hood in Miracle Mile and knew this place would be open. My boyfriend has taken me here a few times before and last night I was craving a tasty salad which is very rare considering I don't like cold food unless it's dessert or cheese on a cracker. I'm wierd I know... we all have our thing.
So a quick run down of deliciousness include their tuna salad... light balsamic dressing with fresh tuna scoops amongst a bed of greens, great minestrone soup, tortilla soup is ok but would prefer it to be spicier, tasty toasted chicken panini sandwiches, and gourmet fresh ground coffee.
Also a great breakfast spot, but mainly a great food op, when you are running around wilshire. I come here with friends on occasion to catch up on times and sip on a latte, great alternative to the starbucks across the street."
"Great food and Prompt Service.
I work in yuppie Miracle Miles and every Friday, my girls from work and I will go out for lunch. 90% of the time, we'll end up here.
It's a small little place without much ambiance, but if you're looking for good eats, I don't think you'd mind. Prices are decent.
The previous reviewer was right, the paninis here are all right. I mean they are good, but not amazing for a panini restaurant. The eggplant panini with brie is delicious. The flavor inside the sandwich was great, but the sandwich overall was not amazing because I don't like my paninis on rolls (sliced in half, they taste better with slices of fresh bread topped with olive oil before going into the panini press). HOWEVER, the portebello mushroom raviolis are to die for, and accordingly to my friends, the beef raviolis are as well.
The waiter and waitresses are very attentive. Free bread/butter. Free refills (I always get a soda or an ice tea because the water is gross)."
"GREAT semi-hole in the wall with tasty paninis and salads. i'm a big fan of the "chicken spicy" which is served with chicken (of course), spicy sauce, sun dried tomatoes and avocados. the bread they use is always perfectly crisp on the outside but soft enough to chew once you bite into the panini goodness. it's a few blocks from work but well worth the walk. anywhere from 7.95 to 8.95 for the panini. add 1.50 for fresh fruit, salad or seasoned curly fries (oh my.)
(i agree that the service is consistently good.)"
"Very casual, the service is consistently good, and the selection of paninis varies. It's a cozy little mom-and-pop restaurant. I also like that they provide the LA Times at the door, in case you're dining alone and want something to read"
"their panini's are bombbbb! trust me!
if you like spicy, get the ........... (Great! i forgot the name!) it has the word "Explosiva" in it. haha!
it comes with fries, if u feel like being a fatty haha
or fruit, if u feel like being a baller (i think its an extra dollar...)
or salad, if u feel like being healthy.
i tried all three, and they r all okay.
not the panini type? get the Calamari salad........
omg sooooo good!
the only thing bad i can think of is the parking is in the back and you have to walk around the whole building to get inside..
and its kinda small."
