It is fruit driven in style, with subtle oak and herb overtones. In aroma, it smells of apple, lemongrass,
and vanilla; on the palate, it is medium bodied, softly textured with bright acid, and medium long on the
finish. Enjoy with tuna fish sandwiches, shrimp dishes basted in olive oil and garlic, spinach salad with
bacon, pasta with Alfredo sauce and perfect for any chicken dish.

Pighin Pinot Grigio is a classic example of the style, which has made the wines of Grave-del-Friuli so
widely appreciated. Pale straw-gold in color, with a delicate floral and white fruit aroma, it is characterized
on the palate by a clean, vibrant fruit purity and superb acidic balance. The fresh, elegant finish is
refreshing and subtle, marked by slight nuances of flowers and hazelnuts.
This wine goes well with white meats, perfect with fish and crustaceans, cheese and salads.

Filled with green apple, citrus and ripe pear aroma frames ever so slightly by creamy oak. This is a well
balance Chardonnay vibrant and rich with flavors of green apple, pear and lemon.
It goes well with rich pastas, buttery dishes, poultry and seafood, like lobster or scallops. It can even go
well with a light red meat dish. Great with provolone, and brie cheese dishes

St. Francis wine has a bouquet of tropical and exotic fruits fragrant with new oak and vanilla. On the
palate, the fruit flavors are fully concentrated, and the texture is rich and buttery, supported by balanced
acidity and concentrated mouth feel.
This wine matches fantastically well with a basil-heavy appetizer a plate of bruschetta or smoked salmon
It is certainly not a wine to be had with a main course, or on its own; but, as an Italian accompaniment to
an appetizer. It also pairs well with light white cheeses.

Is an attractive camellia-pink color wine and refreshing aromas and flavors of cranberry fruit layered with
notes of cream. Crisp, clean mouth feel ending with lively spicy texture of strawberries and a hint lemon.
Pairs well with a massive variety of foods, ranging from Cajun fare to, BBQ chicken to heavy-duty seafood
entrees, also great with red or white meat, fish tacos, Ahi tuna and light salads.

8                Pinot Noir Bourgogne Louis Jadot 2000    Beaune, France                    29
This clear garnet wine breathes cinnamon, plum and ripe-grape or black cherry aroma. Fresh and juicy
fruit conveys a slightly sweet impression, but it's held in balance by crisp, lemony acidity; there's a hint of
smooth tannins in the tong with velvety texture.  Will pair well with a wide variety of foods from fish and
chips to pork chops. The best matches to show off the delicacy and texture of Pinot Noir are: grilled
salmon, a good cut of plain roast beef, or any dish that features mushrooms as the main flavor element.

Brilliant medium deep ruby color wine, perfumed aromas of cassis, blackberry and ripe plums, with a
hint of roasted chestnuts. Intense, rich and penetrating flavors suggesting sweet cherries, chocolate,
espresso coffee and dark tobacco; well-balanced and full-bodied.

A rich cassis and spice aroma, flavors of black cherry and cocoa dominate this silky wine, but there are
also hints of eucalyptus and mint. The 2005 is 90 percent Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of
Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot filling out the remainder of the blend. Try this wine with a New
York steak or any red meat dishes, grilled meats and moderately rich sauces

Aromas of blackberry and cassis fill the glass with nuances of vanilla and cedar. On the palate this wine
is deeply flavored with a hefty core of fruit. Black and red fruits appear initially, followed by an integrated
acid balance and velvety tannins with a dry taste. Pairs well with grilled beef, lamb, cold meats and
hearty pastas. Also enjoy with dark chocolate deserts.
